This is where you give them all your selections such as facade, bricks, roof, cabinets etc, presuming you are building with a project builder. If you haven't already looked at colours/bricks etc I would suggest you start, they should have sent you a file or booklet on what your options are and price range you may be limited too. The builders office might have a small display of options, but I would suggest go out and have a look at businesses and display homes before you go.
