Re: What have you had to compromise on? 18Mar 13, 2011 10:12 pm I lost out on a few things: * Butlers pantry.....despite 8 designs from 3 different designers, we just couldn't get a design that ANYONE thought worked in our space * 90mm oven. I got 75mm oven. Not too bad. * 90mm cooktop. I got 75mm oven. Not too bad. * Zip tap. First thing culled when budget went crazy. * Soft close drawers. Second thing culled when budget went crazy. * Waricorner unit. Third thing culled when budget went crazy. BUT, I kept Caesarstone bench tops, two F & P dishdrawers at waist height, removal of wall currently dividing lounge and kitchen, LOTS more storage space, BIG space for newly acquired ice and water fridge. So I'm happy to live without the withouts as the what I got list makes me happy That is a really good attitude Akin to you catch more flies with honey than vinegar.
