So if I have never heard of this then I should assume that I've getting the same flared bottom step as in the brochure? Now I'm confused! I'd check with your BC, but probably a safe bet that it will look like the brochure. Don't know whether you'll get a letter to sign ... as I said, we never got a letter but have still wound up with the flared step. Not sure why some people got this and not others ... And yeah, Zarby, I think you might be right in that the staircase in the Sandarah is just a straight step at the bottom, as standard - still looks nice though!
