Does anyone who has the terrace find it useful? If I go with the terrace, it will be facing the street as I have a corner block so I shouldn't have problems with council approvals. However, just wondering if it would be better to convert this to a study instead. So.. anyone who has a terrace wish they had a room there instead or vice versa? MAde mine into a walk in robe and modified the master bedroom to have a massive master bedroom instead. Re: Building a Waldorf by Porter Davis 1218Oct 14, 2013 2:32 pm We did the room and use it like a lounge area, our own retreat as the kids get older I guess Re: Building a Waldorf by Porter Davis 1219Oct 17, 2013 2:25 am Thanks Natasha, jnkbids.. we've decided since it is free, we might as well get more rooms inside and add a grand alfresco at the back. Can any one tell me what Brick / Motar (finish) that facade are using? Also, how much Extra$ I might need for the Brick+Motar upgrade?
