I've done a search for this but haven't been able to come up with a figure for a Complying Development Certificate (CDC).
I've been quoted demo CDC at $500 + GST and the CDC for construction at $2,000 + GST.
Has anyone else looked into prices or can tell me what they have paid in the past?

I think it depends on your council. Ours was just under $2k for the whole lot, the only thing left to pay is the sewer connection (so that was application, construction certificate etc)
