Sorry about the delay in replying! I wanted to follow up on my thread to say that I did end up using Tiger Scapes and yes I believe they are reasonable with their price. I decided not to go ahead with the plants however and just had them excavate all my soil (about 6 tonnes of soil was removed and leveled), replace existing soil with mushroom compost top soil (about 20mm) & 8 mm of white pebbles was laid on top of the top soil. Because I wanted an extra 10mm of top soil I was charged $300 so all up I paid $2,700. Had I wanted the plants it would have costed me another $500 so $3,200, and if I wanted the weedmat another $100 on top so $3,300, which I still would have been happy with paying. So all in all, I'm happy with what they did. Hope my thread helps somebody!! Regards, Edin. Re: Landscaping Quote - Is it reasonable? 12Nov 15, 2010 12:54 pm Hey edin...is there any chance of posting some pics of their work and say whether you were happy with what they did? Also, did they have "easy" access to your backyard, which explains why their price was competitive? They using concrete or timber sleepers? Timber or steel uprights? Any drainage behind sleeper? 3 5895 Seems good to me. I've been told $4-5k/sqm is reasonable in Perth. 2 11188 hey there! π so, itβs kinda common for standard drawer depths to be around 500mm since most cabinets use this size to fit the usual runners… 3 20922 |
