So I understand the rules for a new fence...just not sure on existing fence....
I'm in QLD and one of the existing fences that is in good condition has been erected (before I bought the block) on my property. Is it the same process as a new fence?
Do I send a notice to fence to the neighbour and if they don't come to the party go to small claims?
