I think its a pretty good deal if you were considering including these anyway, however you will find that the major builders do the rounds with the deals and I would hope it doesnt ultimately influence your decision to go with a specific builder. Ducted vacuum runs from $1500-2000 depening on the house. The caesarstone would be approx $3000-4000 again depending on the kitchen. Lever handled doors are only approx. $250 for whole house and security around $750. This is based on a Clarendon quotes from a few months ago. Don't be afraid to try and have then put more inclusions in for free and aim for things that you would have upgraded anyway, for instance Doors, tapware etc. Good Luck.
