Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Sep 20, 2010 2:07 am Hi, I'm still wishy-washy over my colour choices, and I need to give a definite answer to my painter in the morning - otherwise, the work is not gonna finish in time for the flooring contractor to begin work Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ It's for a 2-bedroom apartment totalling about 95sqm. In a small unit having the trim in a different colour can crowd you. You can always add more colour with your furniture and cushions etc HB is very light and fresh and would look great through out. You could use Self -Destruct as the feature wall - it looks great with HB 1/4 or full. There is not enough contrast between 1/4 HB and HB and you will be disappointed with the result. I like your carpet choices but personally I like the same carpet throughout Building in Bella Vista Waters Sydney. I like your carpet choices but personally I like the same carpet throughout I actually had Self-Destruct, Ecru and Hog Bristle shortlisted for my feature wall! But went with HB just because it's "tried and tested". And frankly speaking, I couldn't tell the difference between HB and Ecru on my computer screen My planned feature wall is about 3.1m, and then a 1.1m gap (to the bedrooms), followed by a 2.1m wall ... do you think Self-Destruct will be an overkill? And as for the carpet, finally settled to go with the same carpet throughout the entire apartment Signed: June 2010 | Settlement: September 2010 | Moved in: October 2010 Re: Interior colour scheme - your opinions please! 6Sep 20, 2010 4:58 pm ooow, sounds nice. well done and yay for the same carpet throughout...which one, the dark or the lighter one?
