Woohoo Re: Zarli's build - 60% complete..brick pillars still not fi 184Jan 13, 2011 6:40 pm Hi Zarli, I read through your thread and felt i need to give my opinion on a few things listed below The TV points cover normal TV and Foxtel in 1 This is incorrect; although the system will work it does not meet Foxtel’s specification. So they can refuse to connect or charge extra to re-cable And we've got 1 phone and internet on the same plate as we do wireless modem and handfree phone sets, so no need for more. But also any extras can be put in your double cavity walls.Wireless will not handle up and coming IP Technology; see below http://www.theaustralian.com.au/nationa ... 5941966974 Intelligent Home try to con you into going with them. Expect $4k for their base package. It’s all a rort if you ask me. The package I got was $1700 through Intelligent Home and it included a Smartwire panel, included a handover after I moved in to sort my connection and PC problems At that price I was part of the Builders contract so it was covered by there insurance; They where very good If you’re no happy with I-Home try these companies, Surround Sounds, Home cinema systems or Avanti. good companies You can run home phone through the internet.Incorrect, this will not work in a velocity area I would think Telstra can do the power source box still. And the diggingThe builder supplies the trench; I think you would already have it in your contract Hope this helps and good luck Re: Zarli's build - 60% complete..brick pillars still not fi 186Jan 14, 2011 12:37 pm Hi Zarli, It sounds like you have it all sorted and the price seems very reasonable, great news! Re: Zarli's build - 60% complete..brick pillars still not fi 189Jan 17, 2011 3:42 pm I hate when they lie to you. Suckers I'm really courious how they going to fix pilars after other jobs are finished. I think people who have great experience are mostly the ones who do not check on the house and don't know what their rights are. I had great experience until I joined H1 family and found out that I CAN call them and ask questions - that's when the nightmare started. Just got my final bill - looks like I got the refund for some earthworks but can't see the refund for tiles. Need to check with them. contract 10/11 prestart 04/10 slab 06/10 bricks 07/10 roof 09/10 plaster 10/10 Ceiling 10/10 LOCKUP 10/10 tiling wet areas 11/10 garage floor 11/10 PCI 12.01.11 handover 11.02.11 https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=39361&hilit=malvern+springs We are in !!!
