We built the forrester through burbank last year. We moved in Dec 2009. It took about 5 month to complete. Make sure you keep track of what the SS is doing. Our final QA was poor and are still having problems. Its a lovely house. Although the laundry is small and the kitchen benches could be bigger. We never had those options when we built. PieMan Re: The Gillett Familys crazy dream 36Sep 12, 2010 8:01 pm Pieman, I gather ss mean site superviser but dotn know what QA means.lol. Im not that computer lingo savy.lol We are just having problems with them to start. they are hopeless. we moved the laundry door forward flush with the other walls and have a laundry shoot from the top bathroom down. As for the kitchen, we are currently renting a house with pretty much the same kitchen set up and yes i agree not much kitchen bench space. So to compinsate that, we enlarge our pantry to go under the stairs so our microwave and all kitchen bits n pieces plus food ave plenty of room. I hope burbank can come good for us. Would love to see some pics of your house. what other options did you go for? do you have a shower in your powder room downstairs? I had it a couple of weeks ago. You will recover. Congrats. A balanced diet is chocolate in both hands.
