If anyone has photos of the Seaview facade we would love to see these as currently working out our external colours. ( There were some posts around 2013 -as above, but wondering if any one has anything more recent) Thanks for your help! Re: Who is building with Beechwood 15433Jul 17, 2017 1:31 pm We had our final walk through last Thursday. We found some issues, which we were told would be fixed by 25 Jul. My only ongoing concern is, our house was put on piers due to flooding requirement, but water seems to pool up under the house. I questioned the builder about this and was told I would need to install some ventilation system. They did leave plenty of ventilation holes all the way around. I asked about drainage and was informed there is no provision made for surface drainage under the house. Bit disappointed, but now I am at a loss of how to get it sorted... when i looked up under the floor, I already saw mold starting to build.
