Wooohooo! Reading through the forum now for last minute pointers. Gonna need lots of coffee tomorrow. If you have any "ABSOLUTELY DO NOT FORGETS" let me know! Electrical... make sure you get it right but don't do it with Beechwood as they charge an arm and a leg. A few posts back I have posted electrical prices we got charged directly by southwest electrical. It's far easier and cheaper to sort it out when you have an electrical appointment. Upselling.. they try to make a few extra $$ at colours as Tap said they add 33% so keep that in mind for anything you want to do.. yes it might be easier but will be cheaper after the event. Contract make sure you read your contract so you know the terms and conditions of your build as well as anything you need to do. Our colour appointment was fantastic Leanne from the south coast office was great showed us a few different things and was fairly quick 2hrs.
