My partner and I just put a holding deposit on a block at georges fair as part of the Greenway release. At this point in time we are thinking of going with Wisdom but we haven't looked extensively yet. I was wondering if anyone could provide any tips or anything we should know prior to getting into it? Thanks, Kate Each of the builder would have different promotion on each season, just look around and take the promotion that would be most beneficial for you.The one that have big impact is the site cost, the sloper your land, the site cost would be higher.Hope that help.. Luckily we got pretty flat land, and have been told of the site costs straight up. How has everyone found the overall process? Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 5670Feb 27, 2014 1:11 am Newbie joining GF here. I've recently put a deposit on the new greenway release, looking forward to hearing/reading everyone past experiences. This will be my first home so it's all pretty daunting Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 5671Feb 27, 2014 10:53 am narzis82 Does anyone know if I can build a deck without concrete underneath? I'm planning to build a deck on the area where it says hard surface on my approved plan. Shouldn't be an issue. Council only get narky when you build a deck or concrete over a planned grass area. A deck is still a hard surface.
