I think you guys are looking at end may! I think we are looking at Mid End June as well i have a feeling? We had the slab laid at about March 16 and they say it takes about 14 weeks i heard? Not sure what timings to expect though really! Our SS said usually around 8 weeks until handover for a single storey once you reach tiling. But that would be amazinggggggg if it was end of May! haha We got our base render, brick clean and waterproofing last week! Painter and tilers this week apparently. They told us that the windows on first floor next to the balcony is an upgrade option and the standard plan will not have any windows. Is it true?
