Hi, How did you get this package for $450? Our package that we picked was Paradox SP5 500, is that different to yours? Our price has come back to $1113 and I don't believe we have the ability to call the mobile, or it wasn't mentioned. Second Build, this time with Carlisle 2016, can't wait! I am with you there... starting package of SP5500 with 3 sensors for over $1k with ONLY 1 external siren. Add $150+ for additional sensors. And there are the basic sensors too. And No ability to call anything or smart app access. We managed to get 4 versions out in 4hours. Our presenter was awesome! Totally on board knew what she was doing and happy to amend anything so long as it was in writing. On our color browse booklet it showed upgrade cat 2 roof tiles are no charge, she looked at it and laughed but said they will honor the price as it's written down lol. Will sign off on Monday so long as i can make 1 small change without having to go back for an appointment. Overall so far our experience with admin staff has been fantastic! Hope it stays that way Second Build, this time with Carlisle 2016, can't wait! Frame stage already now! Slab was poured Tuesday and had most of the frame done Saturday! http://kateandnathsblog.blogspot.com.au/ Carlisle Homes Addison 24 - Warralily, Armstrong Crk, Geelong • Colour: June 1 Tender: June 9 Contract: July 3 • Site Title: Dec 2015 • Site Start: March 1 2016 • H/Over: June/July Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 6957Mar 24, 2016 8:47 pm Hi guys, Just have a few questions to ask. We been given a site start date but our Cle said this is only a forecast date and may change? Do you actually get a offical site start date? Everything's all good our end and were only waiting on the "stamp plans to sign off on" from carlise's end. The other thing is we are putting our garage on the boundary line. At the moment we have a side wooden Paling fence as the neighbors are already living next door. Our Cle said it is our responsibility to have a section of the existing timber Pailing fence removed by the time temp fence is erected(site start date) But when do we remove it? We been given a site start and 4 days later they will do a site cut? So I thinking remove it a day before the site is cut? How long before will the construction supervisor make contact with you? Will our construction supervisor tell you at what point to have the timber fence removed? Cheers guys Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 6958Mar 25, 2016 8:05 am We removed ours a few days before slab pre pour. Your site supervisor will tell you if it's necessary sooner. Our site supervisor is pretty cruisey and just said to make sure it's gone before slab pre pour as the concreters need the space to make the frame of the slab to pour the concrete into. Hope this helps. Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 6959Mar 25, 2016 11:43 am Ok thank you. Did you remove the length of your garage and 1 meter either side like it stated in the tender? Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 6960Mar 25, 2016 2:56 pm Hi all, Just regarding arranging your own independent inspections (we are looking at Darbecca or NHI)... How does this work with CH and how much notice do they need? I thought I read about this somewhere in the contract but couldn't find it.. We have site scrap, boxing and pour dates booked in but have been told they are dependent on weather/trade etc.. so wondering when exactly I should book in the inspections... a couple of days after the stated date? We are thinking of doing pre-pour, frame, pre-plaster and completion, not sure about the slab inspection though. Thanks 0 4987 We are at the stage on our build in Kilcoy, Queensland where we need to get our fencing installed but we cant get any contact details for our neighbours to give them… 0 6173 You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14126 |
