Re: powerpoint on waterfall island bench 25Jun 02, 2011 5:51 pm Will it cost much? I havent gone to prestart yet, but was quoted $150 to drill a 102mm hole in an essa stone benchtop required by the EVOline port in that picture. I was quoated $320 for the standard model port (there is a deluxe model with a metal top instead of plastic) I was also looking at the pop up clipsal points (single power point). At the end of the day, I dont think there is much in it. Re: powerpoint on waterfall island bench 26Jun 02, 2011 6:29 pm theyetti Our waterfall edge island bench has a Saturn D/P in each of the top corners under the 30cm overhang for occasional rather than constant use. If we need power on the island bench we don't have to worry about tripping over extension cords but to the casual observer they're hidden by the overhang. When the slab was poured we included an electrical conduit for the electrical cable. We also considered the benchtop popup sockets but didn't want to drill holes in our benchtop. We would have also had to shorten one of the drawers to allow for the unit to fit inside the cabinetry. I like the sound of that. Would you happen to have a photo by any chance?
