We just had our house appraised as we have considered selling due to personal circumstances and well... it's only just going to cover our mortgage, it's that bad around here. We've basically lost 200k of our own money we have put into it! Even the bank valuation came in higher early last year. We will probably pay an extra 10000 as we upgraded to timber flooring, couple of extra things in kitchen, electrical, etc... God knows how much $$$$. Nightmares+heart problem developed during this build: millions $$$$$$$$$$.
