I was too scared to drive on the roads, don't want tar on my car that I have for sale! It looks great. I am grateful that my rear neighbours at Featherbrook have a massive fall to deal with. All I get is the nice view over the homes. Fingers crossed they build single stories down that street. We are in Whitecaps, small block because we are cheap skates and there is only two of us. I have spoken to PD, and they are ready to go as soon as I get the title. It's been so long that I have forgotten that I had bought a house. Even the website sounds promising, they have said that the inspections are due for this week! Pray for no rain, just for this week please. I'm super excited now. Can't wait to take my chocolate lab for runs on the oval and around the estate ... and to the beach. But, I'll be really happy when I get the friggen title in my hand. I still haven't got to the holding my breath point. Who knows with villawood. At least we've all made a fair bit of $$$ without giving any of it to the bank. It might be a long run to the beach You might be interested in this that is starting in Werribee South sometime this year - they are building two beaches as part of the marina development. After the certification it can then go to the title office. So assume that still some time to wait.
