Yes this is true, but you still need to fill out a form they give you in regards to extra tradies going onsite before they allow this. I think mainly for insurance purposes, i suppose. Built a modified "Daydream 279" .. Cor@l Homes on a flat 4473m block!! And lov'n it!!! Your house should come in "as new" condition. It should be clean, and without stains 1 2857 I ran into trouble finding a lock that would fit my particular door, like your situation with your pivot door.
