Browse Forums Building A New House Re: How is this design in terms of site cost and livability? 2Nov 23, 2021 8:58 am luckyins I just have a concept drawing from an architect, where I notice there is a lot of excavation to be done, especially to unit 1 and unit 2. Hey luckyins Welcome to the forum Those Image renderings are just concepts -> sales hooks they lack Siteworks, engineering, data, and costs. To get that info, architects/artists will commit you to a builder. After you have paid the builder a deposit, you will get the 2D Engineering with no data, some PSs , PCs, etc By this point you'll be locked in, unable to get competitive quotes from other builders.
