I just have a concept drawing from an architect, where I notice there is a lot of excavation to be done, especially to unit 1 and unit 2.
Could some one shed some lights on the rough site cost for this design and thoughts on the design in terms of functionality and livability ect? any thoughts appreciated because I am totally new to building and hope to get some inputs.

Hey luckyins Welcome to the forum Those Image renderings are just concepts -> sales hooks they lack Siteworks, engineering, data, and costs. To get that info, architects/artists will commit you to a builder. After you have paid the builder a deposit, you will get the 2D Engineering with no data, some PSs , PCs, etc By this point you'll be locked in, unable to get competitive quotes from other builders.
