There's a new & huge Majestic 40 at One Minto - you just have to imagine that every room will be smaller ![]() You can also see the Aspiration 29 at Bunya to feel a house with similar proportions and some similar features. Edit: didn't notice that you'd be building at Bunya, so you must have seen the A29 there ![]() Thanks for your response. I did see Aspiration 29 which very similiar to Washington 29 I was told. The only difference is the master bed and the facade. I am considering to have Nova Terrace facade which will sit in front of the master bed as oppose to the side of Aspiration. These are my main concern ![]() Find Out About Bungarribee Community At http://bungarribee.com Building Washington 29 from Wisdom Homes - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=63920&p=1011725#p1011725 Re: Washington 29 from Wisdom Home 7Apr 03, 2013 10:54 am Btw Onewheel great blog and thread. I will spend more times readings those posts. I may end up asking you lot of questions if that's ok with you? No problem, ask away, happy to help where I can. Glad the blog helps, I found the blogs very useful and I picked up lots of ideas and hints when planning our house and tender. Our house also has the Nova Terrace facade, the door to the balcony is in our bedroom, then from that the hallway. Great for getting a breeze through the house on hot days as just having the awning windows limits the breeze flowing thru. We built the Wisdom Majestic 40 - moved in! Looks like you did a lot of upgrades.... Yes, we did do a lot of upgrades. ![]() We found Wisdom's prestige package pretty good so you would have a lovely home if you had to keep the upgrades to a minimum. But I would allow extra provision in your tender for electricals as you only get the minimum in the standard price which I don't think is enough. We built the Wisdom Majestic 40 - moved in! I must say your house looks stunning with all the upgrades. Unfortunately Washington is a smart essential package which is nowhere near prestige package ![]() Btw, how much did you spend on the staircase handrail? The timber finishing looks great with the still bar blusters. The timber finishing looks great with the still bar blusters. The upgrades do add up very quickly and I can understand after the essential items are covered there is not a lot left in the kitty. Our staircase timber handrail, zigzag timber edge and two timber steps cost $2,290. I think for just the timber handrail it was around $1k. If you do manage to have some funds left, try and add extra power points to the home, it will be worth it if you can manage it. We built the Wisdom Majestic 40 - moved in! Will try to see if i can come up with some money. I will stick with standard tiles and carpets. Is your front door is also upgraded to timber finish? I am pretty sure the timber door stained is standard, but just check with your salesperson in case these things have changed since I did my tender (18 months ago) I suggest you ask for everything you wish for in your tender so they can go away and price it for you for your home choice. Then you can just go through the tender list and take off what you can't afford to get to your final tender cost. We built the Wisdom Majestic 40 - moved in!
