Purple2fish, might have to get another quote from Democorp just to confuse us because Matt's quote is really good. If you decide to go ahead with Matt and AAAGS, I am sure you will be happy with their professionalism and work..And like you said he is genuine guy as are the other staff. This is separate to DA application to build as our builder (rawson) will not coordinate the demolition. This will cost another council application fee and may take upto 2 months to get this approved... Rawson said they will only give us 2 weeks to clear the property after DA approval. Has anyone submitted the Demolition DA application with the development DA application? would that work? I was told Demolition approval by the council will last 5 years. Is that true? what is the cost effective way Hi there, We lodged the demo DA on our won also, but went to council around a mont prior to the builder lodging the DA for the house..The demo permit does last 5 years and price depends on the price you are paying for demo..
