We also had some plumbing and leveling today - of I hadn't been this morning, I wouldn't have noticed that they had done anything - but we saw ths trenches around the house in the morning and they were filled in the afternoon. Re: Masterton Homes - The new thread 3.0 1899Mar 14, 2013 7:09 am dsa39 Hi abbierhouse gosh you are really moving along arent you? We have lost track of what needs doing but we believe the big ticket items are obviously the front stairs, stone island benchtop, appliances, floorboards & carpet, skirting has gone back in the living room where the floors been done. Hubby drove past and said they were forming up the front stairs and it looked like a painful job no one wanted to do LOL We cant wait either. Few things we have picked up, the top right hand cupboard next to the range hood has a chip on the inside and some mortar missing from bricks and some pretty seriously chipped bricks I mean like a whole corner missing on the verandah and near the laudry door and a couple of other bits but all in all really happy must expect a few things to be fixed but def nothing majoe theyve done a great job Wow - so much has happened! You have to be on the ball with everything don't you, but as you say if it isn't anything major that's awesome! You guys will really notice things happening now - the framing is fabulous to see go up because you can start to see the house you picked off plans come to life and figure out how much space there really is! Yes, you can pretty much see how big (or small) your house will end up. But wait till brick goes up... I had just finished my video blog (part 8 ) when I realised after listening few times, I have made several mistakes I have to re-record few sections again. Part 8 has few information and even more tips . If you have had some experience, ideas or tips for me to include in my videos, please message me (I will credit your name/alias). It is all about sharing our experience with others, specially new comers, and helping each other. 4 16751 Hi, Apologies - I know there is plenty out there on this but struggling to put together the puzzle.
