The peg that we have been measuring to was the boundary line for next door and we will actually be purchasing right up to the tee off point on the course, which i guess is a good thing - the land isn't really usable as its really steep but you never know it might just be the incentive i need to improve my game ![]() Thanks very much for your help Re: Boundary is 5m out in new subdivision 8Mar 11, 2013 3:37 pm Good to know you are not alone. As several lots are involved, it might be that the Developer can pressure the Golf Club to re-establish affected pegs. The Golf Club appears responsible, even if unintentionally, and you should not have to fund a surveyor yourself, due to their unintended negligence.
