As a customer you need to ensure that work is per the regs and 2007 standards & tolerance.
I'm sure that PD will do the right thing, they want to build quality homes. If your SS is refusing to confirm that errors have been fixed, speak to the construction manager at head office.
That is the biggest problem I think... what is the point of pipes that lead no-where. And if it wasn't for the inspections, we the clients would never be the wiser cos they just plaster over.
But having said that.. my SS has been rectifying most of the issues that are brought up.... I think it is the trades-people that are stuffing things up for him. He can't be expected to hold their hands whilst they do their job.
There are some things which they just have to fix.. like it or not ...
