Browse Forums Buying Land Re: Buying land in essence estate in Bacchus marsh VIC 24Feb 13, 2013 10:15 pm Hiya, I'm not all that concerned about the commute to the city. I live in Werribee at the moment and in peak it can take 55min, which is a huge amount considering Werribee is just up a big freeway to the city. Also, I work from home a lot, and only go into the city when I have a meeting etc... I love bacchus marsh... Our land is now at the stage of the crossovers are going in and the lamp posts are all up and they are doing the other side of the road footpath and crossovers, so I shouldn't think it would be far away now. I hope to be living in this home for a very very long time, so resale value isn't much of a concern yet... But if something does force us to sell, it would almost kill me, since it took me 3 years to get to this stage.. I really really don't want to sell it once it is built hahaha. HD Re: Buying land in essence estate in Bacchus marsh VIC 25Feb 17, 2013 10:14 pm Wow it's really coming along! Those are some very cute lamp posts might I add! How exciting! Gosh. That commute from Werribee seems crazy. They've really got to address these highways and make them more efficient! That sounds perfect that you mostly work from home so you don't have to worry so much about the commute. I work from home too but the bf works near tullamarine and would have to commute almost 2 hours everyday :/ in the end that was one of the biggest reasons why we went to Plumpton. Though I am jealous )))) hehe HD Yeah I don't know why I came to a forum. Place is full of wierdos/pedos thought internet may help but I suppose I'll try my luck with someone in person. Cheers. I tried… 0 6435 I have posted this before: We hired Darbecca to do every stage inspection, and I strongly recommend them to anyone that asks me. They were amazing. Thorough reports… 2 4494 |
