We have just had it done - back to wall toilet with the skirting tile either side of it (the tilers originally tiled the whole skirting and when we advised them the toilet had to sit flush against the wall they removed a few of the tiles and then after the toilets were installed, they re-tiled). I can take a picture of our toilets showing the tiling tomorrow if you like? We only have the one row of tile skirting.
