Re: AirCon Controllers - MyAir Vs. Izone 310? 6Feb 13, 2013 11:03 am I concur with bulldogboy comments. Check out the specifications on the My Air versus the iZone 310 and you will soon see that their is no comparison in terms of features. For starters, the My Air requires 2 controllers whereas the 310 controller is a genuine "all in one" controller. iZone 10 year warranty, My Air 5 years. My Air screen response times very slow (as they use low level communication protocols), iZone 310 on the other hand uses Canbus which is extremely responsive and reliable. There are quite a few more differences but these are the main and most important ones. Best way to check this out - try both systems and then make an informed decision about which one is best. Re: AirCon Controllers - MyAir Vs. Izone 310? 7Feb 13, 2013 11:10 am There is nothing wrong with Daikin zone controller, it just not have the features of some of the other controllers on the market. It does not have airflow control, the scheduling is more difficult to set up than systems like iZone 310, and it's not compatible with home automation systems. Currently it does not have the ability to be controlled via a smartphone, although I believe that functionality may be coming soon. Hope this helps Re: AirCon Controllers - MyAir Vs. The unit normally clips into a metal plate screwed to the wall, either plate is not flush, or unit not hooked in and could be hanging from the pipes partly, either might… 2 15901 retail its around double the price of a similar sized actron/dakin system from memory, They are excellent systems though. But with how builder gouge on AC/heating, you… 4 15840 |
