Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Question from a newbie building a home. 2Jan 30, 2013 10:38 pm If you can, I would advise to get a frame inspection done by a professional inspector. I am not sure about WA, I live in VIC, so cant recommend anyone there. As you would know, frame stage is the most important stage of your build, so better to spend some $$$ and get the house frame inspected rather than be surprised later. Its well worth the money. Cheers Re: Question from a newbie building a home. 3Jan 30, 2013 11:27 pm Your looking at around $400 to $500 for the inspection but in my opinion definitely well worth the money! I haven't started our build yet but already have it in place to have building inspection at each major stage good luck!
