I'll build in castle hills in sydney. got my finger crossed. all I have to say is keep all copies of your promotions and unless your made of money don't upgrade to much unless it is for structural reasons (i.e. alfresco, brick types etc..). Everything looking great, Just got two questions My rain water tank is $9000, do you always have to pay on top of building price, and is it always so expensive? I have been told that the gas, electricity and Telstra are more than 6 meter from my house, so I have to pay nearly $2000 for connection. is this always the case?
