I like the look of that floor plan, nice choice. Hopefully they sort out the dilemmas for you.
Stage I continues on from Stage H so at the end of Mistfly St I believe it is called..

Not complaining as they are now doing H & I together and we will be ready in April. I think the fact that these blocks are fairly flat and ours is a slightly bigger in size just over 800 has meant they got snapped up. There are not many areas to build in that are as nice as Waterford County. Only wished we bought our block years ago - we had our name down pre release and went and looked when no roads etc but we went back to Qld instead - silly us - Thanks for listing the fence name - really want to get them up quickly. Re: Waterford County, Chisholm - Who else is there 49Jan 16, 2013 7:07 pm Building the Lawson 24, with added 0.5 in main bedroom and 05 width and length added to garage and also the alfresco on the back is 7metres x 3.5metres. We have our tender appt 4.2.13 - pushed it back due to working in Brisbane all of January. With the land hopefully now being ready in April, itching to get the house sorted. I get it now. The web site has been updated. We had heard it was being done but thought all was stage h as I was never listed. Looks like a few have been sold now - just have to wait for the new swimming pool that Mother Nature dumped on the road works to clear before they start again. Some nice size blocks in I though MDJ Homes - Bordeaux 14 + now with improvements Re: Waterford County, Chisholm - Who else is there 51Jan 30, 2013 4:30 pm How is the road coming along? I am back in 28 days and look forward to seeing some progress! Re: Waterford County, Chisholm - Who else is there 52Feb 01, 2013 2:44 pm It just looks like a big mess of dirt and pipes at the moment. They are digging it out for road base and services to go in so will take a while before it will look like a road. Rain not helping their progress at the moment though MDJ Homes - Bordeaux 14 + now with improvements Re: Waterford County, Chisholm - Who else is there 54Feb 06, 2013 6:44 am Yep that pic just about summed it up. You will be pleased to know we have work started back up again and they are really moving some dirt Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ MDJ Homes - Bordeaux 14 + now with improvements Re: Waterford County, Chisholm - Who else is there 57Feb 06, 2013 10:23 pm Hmm I wonder if they would like to give those mounds of dirt away haha My very first blog http://benham33.blogspot.com.au/ Re: Waterford County, Chisholm - Who else is there 58Feb 07, 2013 7:41 pm tarsha678 Hmm I wonder if they would like to give those mounds of dirt away haha Ask the developers!
