And the kitty!!!! Soooo cute! I was just thinking this morning, think I'll end up being the neighborhood cat lady as I seem to make friends more easily with cats than with humans!!! Humans make me feel awkward Hehe. Yep, I'm a cat person! Heheh, nothing wrong with being an almost crazy cat lady, Caz...some cats are smarter than peoples, so that makes them awesome Thanks everyone for your lovely comments...and for that, you get more pics!! Called up our construction consultant to ask when would be a good time to have a quick squiz at things...went in last Monday at lunch to see completed tiles. Since then, all plumbing and electrical has been completed, garage door is in, sand for pavers has been delivered (pavers due to start on wed this week, I think!). This will take us up to the Xmas shut down. I'm hoping that pci will be around 6 weeks after they re-open in the new year - there isn't too much left on the list to go....Appliances, shower screens, painting, flooring and blinds and a few more that I can't think of right now. There are so many things we haven't organised or decided on yet...like paint colours, fencing and boundary wall options...I sometimes get a bit distracted by pretty bedlinen or cushions instead. Oops. Haha. Floor tiles are a lot lighter coloured than I thought...with full daylight coming through, they look quite pale next to the white tiles. Really like them, and coincidentally, they have the same name as my soon-to-be surname once I'm a Mrs Fiancé picked these tiles out and was quite chuffed that they have his name. Re: HomegroupWA: Not yet PCI, but a lil pre-Christmas inspec 378Dec 10, 2012 11:34 pm Love, love, love your feature tile!!! It is just stunning I quite like the laundry too. I think the tiles and the cupboards work well together. We're now at the point of trying to choose paint colours...Anyone have any suggestions about what would look good in the bathroom and ensuite (same colour scheme)? I've got my heart set on grey toned walls in the main living area near the kitchen. In the hallway we'll be doing a feature wall paper....see my inspiration pics on page 16 of this thread. DP must think I'm nuts because every time we go to Bunnings, I raid the the paint sample cards like a crazy lady...right now, they're busting out of my wallet because I take them everywhere in case I have a moment of inspiration when looking at furniture or accessories It's finally happening!
