I googled and found teka's review wasn't bad, they are european appliances, and they make SMEG, i don't like bosch entry lvl, they are not made in Germany but Thailand or china. Also we found it's cheaper to buy bosch, miele than getting from builders anyway. So we just take Teka, use it till they die, then i will change to miele. my builder let me choose rangehood or overheads, i prefer overheads they are neater. i don't like seeing free standing rangehood especially the glass one, once they become oily and dusty they look so disgusting. Although our tile range is in gold range, we still not keen on beaumont and italia ceremic's builder range, J doesn't like beaumonts' tile, she likes italia ceremic's spanish/italian tiles, which is around $120~150 per m2. I like too so we think it is okay to pay extra in our bathroom. However, the living area tiles are way too many, even $5 extra tiles will make a huge variation. we cannot have 2-pac, builder said it's too expensive, we should've ask for it before the price quote, and we should get it for free but we didn't. My friend asked for it and he got it within his budget. Our kitchen island bench and cooktop bench are all stones. Last time we had chat with our builder he said if I want 2-pac for kitchen, it will be around $3500 extra. What is timber top??? any picture of what they look like? 7.5M Dual Frontage terrace @ lightsview SA /viewtopic.php?f=31&t=58754 moved in - April 2014 furnitured - August 2014 home theatre - September 2014 Game room - December 2013 moved in - 09 April 2014 Re: Frozenkuku's build: lightsview SA - selections 89Dec 02, 2012 2:49 pm Our kitchen is laminate!
