New street signs up today Re: Wallara Waters/Wallan 454Jan 15, 2013 3:22 pm I forgot to look at the street signs, have they now settled on a consistent spelling for Samson Brook drive? I know one sign used to say "Samson Brooke" It looks like most of Richmond Street houses are nearly finished, and Samson Brook drive is coming along too. We drove past on Saturday to see how Stage 9 is coming along. They are now saying May for stage 9 titles, which suits us perfectly. We've decided on our house design now, it's all getting very exciting. Re: Wallara Waters/Wallan 456Jan 15, 2013 6:22 pm yes Richmond street is coming along nicely, now that we have moved in i just wish we had the $$ to get the garden finished now. site costs can vary builder to builder and they can range anywhere from $12k upwards but again each builder is different and also it depends if they find rock on site etc etc Building The Harvard 271 With Dennis Family Homes My Blog http://www.ourhouseinwallan.blogspot.com My Thread viewtopic.php?f=31&t=51625&p=789135#p7891353 Re: Wallara Waters/Wallan 458Jan 21, 2013 5:46 pm Popping in here hoping that everyone is OK after the fire today. Re: Wallara Waters/Wallan 460Jan 30, 2013 6:52 pm have any of you had the NBN connected yet? if so what did your builder charge in relation to the NBN? I have read some people being charged $1500+ by their builder to put the conduits etc into the house, but the NBNco says the conduit to the house will be installed by NBNco free of charge: "A standard installation of the NBN fibre optic cable and connection box at your home or business will be free of charge." http://www.nbnco.com.au/getting-connected/home-and-business/connecting-fibre/connection-faqs.html#cost I want to make sure I don't get ripped off by our builder. |
