It's easier to have them just fit and source the downlights. I am buying and having them install all the other light fittings though. I think Cement falls in the same category as Gravel so you should be up for around $1,000. What are your colour choices apart from the brick? Thanks for that!! Will b nice to know what to expect... Still unsure of what colour roof... Whether to go dark or light... Cement is pretty light... So we aren't quite sure... Woodland grey? Doin our flooring and HOG on friday! I think Woodland Grey would compliment Cement really well. We have decided on Monument. Just hoping that the colours are not categorised like everything else and what we want doesn't end up being an upgrade! Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 1204Oct 07, 2012 10:08 pm jencal sohnaeo sysbuild!!! Congratulations mate. Finally I paid $250 to Abbey Blinds, I got quotation from outside and negotiation with Abbey Blinds and they matched it. Only Advantage Blinds would be installed before you move in. I am getting simple Vertical and Roller blinds , it costs me around 3700$ for double story. Hi, we are also building a Lincoln (Monroe facade) at The Ponds. We are at the internal lining stage. We are also looking at having vertical blinds installed. Just wondering which rooms you are having roller blinds installed? We are having roller blinds in following areas Ensuite Bath WC Bedroom#2 Bedroom#4 Bedroom#3 Family Alfresco Stacking door Media Room Windows Who else is building with Eden Brae? 1205Oct 08, 2012 8:00 am kimmid benblinkau kimmid benblinkau - We were quoted $4581 for Smoke/Nutmeg, $4,950 for Nickel Flash/Blue Steel Flash, $1,938 for Mild Steel/Loam & $934 for Gravel. We have decided to go with mocha now! Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 1207Oct 08, 2012 9:41 am Benblinkau - All colours are available as standard as far as I know. EBW - Downlight charges are pretty standard across the builders. I looked into using my electrician to supply & install using his discounted rates after EBH have cut & prewired. It wasn't going to be that much cheaper but it would have been more of a hassle. Goodbye $12K! Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 1210Oct 08, 2012 1:34 pm Did anyone else organise for extra noggins in the walls for artwork, mirrors, sports memorabilia (my husband has plenty from silent auctions!) etc etc? Anyone know what the cost is? If you look at our plans on my blog (tab up the top of home page), I am considering decreasing the width of the very wide square set opening to the main bathroom. Not sure what was going on there when the plans were drawn up. I am OK about no door but I think the vanity area is a little too exposed. Any thoughts from you learned peoples?! In our rumpus we are getting LED downlights that are able to be dimmed, they are a white fitting. In the kitchen we at getting LED downlights in a white fitting. We upgraded our laundry bunker light for a flood light. The upgrade was cheaper than buying said light, then paying for the fitting. All other lights I am finding at the cheapest possible price and providing for them to fit. They have a pretty good selection but you need to know your prices. Some are good value, but they weren't the fittings I wanted. The ones I wanted I knew I could get for cheaper including the fitting fee. EBH just supply one batten point and a switch and double PowerPoint for each room, as well as a bunker light outside the laundry door. In my estate everyone got the stencil/paver driveway cross over, I thought it is standard. I sent an email to EB today for the confirmation, they said have to pay additional charges plus $500 admin fee for the late variation Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 1214Oct 08, 2012 6:33 pm [quote="sohnaeo"]Does anyone know how much EB charge for the stencil driveway cross over?
