Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 01, 2012 7:46 pm Well its all starting to happen now! Our build in Seaford Meadows won't be far away now!
We've paid our build and land deposits, we've had our selections appointments, we've chosen exteriors, we've got pre approval for a loan (just waiting on council approval), now all we have to do is have our final builders interview! It's all coming along quite nicely! Now that we have chosen everything, I can begin to share the start of our journey First of all, here is our block! Here is our plan. There's approx 197sqm of living space, plus alfresco and garage. I've been a bit OCD and made some scale furniture! I'll add some more soon! Looking forward to your responses Re: Sammymac's build! - Modified Sorrento by Fairmont Homes 2Oct 01, 2012 7:49 pm For our exterior selections we have chosen: Roof: Colorbond Shale Grey Gutters: Colorbond Shale Grey Fascias: Colorbond Surfmist Bricks: Austral Grange Roller door: Colorbond Surfmist Render to nib out: Colorbond Windspray paint Feel free to follow our build! viewtopic.php?f=31&t=59958 Re: Sammymac's build! - Modified Sorrento by Fairmont Homes 3Oct 01, 2012 7:50 pm We've also chosen the 'Madison' front door.
