Hi there
We are nearing the fit off stage for our bathroom.
The situation is
Our floor tile is a travertine look porcelain 300 x 300 (which I love)
Our wall tile is an off white 300 x 600 layed vertically (which I am disappointed with as they seem very yellow against the white of the bath sink etc)
Our ceilings are 2900
The tiles around hobless frameless shower is to 2400 (the shower is 1m x 2m so a large area)
The tiles around the remainder of the bathroom is to 1800
Our problem is now with the mirror as it seems too low to have it finishing flush with the 1800 tiles.
Should we
(a) just install a mirror to run the length of the vanity which would be very long and skinny 1800 x 600
(b) install more of the same tiles but cut in half to 300 x 300 which would then bring them to 2100, this would finish flush with the door frame and then enclose the window in tiles and allow a decent sized mirror to be installed 1800 x 900
As a side note if anyone else has installed off white wall tiles I would love some photos as I am now devastated that I didn't just use white tiles. I'm hoping it will all come together once it is all painted and fitted off.
