We submitted the report to our SS today... Hey J & C I think we were about 2 - 4 waiting after submitting the last inspection report where it felt like nothing was happening. Esp when you look though the windows and see the same issues. But 2 were completed post handover (within a week) and I guess lots happens that you just dont see. The only think I can say that may help was the our PCI was on the 20th and we thought 2 - 3 weeks to resolve everything but they wanted to hand over by EOM to make their targets so it was a week ! So if your PCI is in the back end of the month, plan maybe for handover that month too. We had a week between final PCI and key ceremony. Thanks Mikey Three options 1 Ask the liquidator 2 Find another PD customer and ask the source of their report 3 Pay for new report 3 12345 Ask for references and speak to them.
