Hot and cold running water, and drainage, what more could a girl ask for. DH bought himself a computer chair to sit on so that he didn't have to bend down so low to wash the dishes. Definitely a classic, hopefully short-lived! Our cupboards are classic white gloss, our benchtops are Essastone New Basmati (i'm not imagining it - they will go in on tuesday)... Kickboards are stainless steel & floor is recycled jarrah... Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome because we really need to make some decisions very soon... havent tried this photo upload thing yet so i hope this works! Dulux have a tan sortta colour for glass splashbacks, cant remember the name but i think it will blend in beautifully with the colours in the new basmati. If i find it i will let you know or someone else may know or think something else. Mmmm silver Block bought 1st RBC X! 2nd Ventrua,Keeper! I'll be having wooden floors too. I'll be doing a darkish grey splashback like Dulux timeless grey http://i430.photobucket.com/albums/qq27/LeanneRowe/98C49433-F947-437C-AACD-A736FCBFD954-172-0000001CBDC364E8.jpg Re: Show me your kitchen... 2095Sep 14, 2012 2:34 am Thanks KerryAnn and LeanneR... What colour walls do ou have? We want something that is light & bright - never thought all of these little decisions would be so hard - the colours template we pick is going throughout the house - this is looking from the kitchen out through the dining/living rooms Uploaded with ImageShack.us Re: Show me your kitchen... 2096Sep 14, 2012 5:56 am My house isn't built yet but currently thinking dulux dieskau or silkwort (in 1/2 or 1/4 strength). Gotta get sample pots later down track My current house is dulux White duck 1/4 strength. It's really nice colour & use it again but I wanted grey for new house (I think) Re: Show me your kitchen... 2098Sep 14, 2012 12:14 pm Oh thats looks nice SMum, Steveandmary,i would go the silver(its abit bling) as you are going the grey way, will tie in with your kicker(my man picked the silver kicker & i changed it back to white, should have kept my mouth shut) I like hogs bristle,it been done to death i know but it a good colour, nice n light so you can add colours through your cushion, pict's etc I was going hogs bristle & poss USA Antique white, but now i have no idea It will be lightish with a white, thats about all i know.I do like DULUX calf skin. You may want to go a light grey with white trims Its so hard,we are nearly at the end of our journey & i still have to decide on some things Block bought 1st RBC X! 2nd Ventrua,Keeper!
