Check the ASIC website. Type in the company name and it will bring it up. These are the documents associated with that company at the moment. 31/07/2008 024776331 2 205A Notification of Resolution Changing Company Name 27/05/2008 024715553 3 484A1 Change to Company Details Change Officeholder Name Or Address 29/11/2007 1E3881167 3 201C Application For Registration as a Proprietary Registration date was 29/11/07, next review date is 29/11/08. Not sure what any of those documents mean but ASIC is a good place to start to check into a company. Re: PlacesHomeLandLife anyone?? 11Aug 14, 2008 2:49 pm Thanks photogirl, I had a look in the ASIC website but none of them does make any sense to me except for updating their address or changing their company name..
At the moment, I feel that the sale person from 'Places' has been very helpful so far.. Well, I guess I need to follow with my guts feeling then.. Re: PlacesHomeLandLife anyone?? 13Aug 14, 2008 8:06 pm Hi T1ms
I don't really know what it all means myself but I thought maybe 31/07/2008 024776331 2 205A Notification of Resolution Changing Company Name, might provide some information on who they were trading as previously and give you a bit more information to do some research. Problem is you have to buy the document to get that info. However if they have been trading under a different name you will be able to find out more about their business and their houses. They may simply have changed their name to appeal to a different market. Places home land life is quite a good modern name for a company. Wish you all the best. Once you signed the contract, they will find millions excuses to charge you. And have seen their sites unfinished for a long time. 4 25249 As title suggests, looking at using the interlocking Pentablock stacked stone products to replace failing timber retaining… 0 18251 I am building in claymore NSW and this is shown in the building envelope plan. … 0 10362 |
