I had a balcony, build in 1936.
It had one small problem: It wasn't water proof. When it rained, the water would run directly down into the appartment below.
I hired some craftman who added a layer of cement.
Very nice, but it still wasn't water proof.
The beforementioned craftman put a layer of net and some more cement on top.
Now, my balcony was waterproff. Happy days!
This lasted a while. Now, the net has begin to seperate from the first cement layer, and once again it's rainy days on the 1st floor.
Now what?
