Browse Forums Eco Living 1 Aug 01, 2012 11:50 am My daughter (5) is constantly leaving the lights on in every room she goes into (even during the day) but especially at night when she gets up to go to the toilet. Does anyone know where I can get one of those touch lights that stick to the wall, so she can just press it and get some light in the passageway, but it will also auto turn off after maybe 10 minutes? She gets this habit off her monther, so I've got no chance of training her up as mum leaves lights on all over the house! Point Cook, Victoria - Being hounded by the fascists!! Re: Auto off lights 2Sep 21, 2012 8:21 am You can now get motion detecting LED stick on lights that auto turn off after 5 mins of no movement. Only prob being movement needs to be about 1m away, but this could be solved with a trail of them going where your daughter may go in the night? Approx $8 each. Not sure if lighting or electronic stores (jaycar?) would be best Re: Auto off lights 3Sep 21, 2012 5:56 pm vzbux She gets this habit off her mother, so I've got no chance of training her up as mum leaves lights on all over the house!
