Most of the action from when I looked into it is currently within Spring Farm, there are meant to be two wells within the Turner Road Precinct (Gregory Hills) according to the AGL report done in 2010. From memory there were meant to be quite a few near Spring Farm. My partner and I have a block in stage 31 of spring farm riverside. We checked all paperwork we could find and council regulations mean that they can't actually put any houses below the 100 year flood line, so all blocks should be safe. The only problem you may find is that if you buy a block in either stage 32 or 51 that you might be waiting a while.
