I don't have any recs, but I'd probably pay $150 (while cursing the fact that I'm not handy enough to do it myself ). Perhaps call a couple of different handymen; at least that way you'll know what the ballpark is. You don't know anyone handy who'll do it for pizza and beer ? sencillez, great to hear your BC and SS sorted out your issue. I love good news stories! When I questioned the $1200 and that it was supposed to be fixed price tender they raised another building variation and cancelled the $1200. Not sure what happened there but I was happy that they rectified the error and we moved on. So far I sense that they are doing their best but you have to keep your eyes wide open. Three options 1 Ask the liquidator 2 Find another PD customer and ask the source of their report 3 Pay for new report 3 12341 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 74709 I would never build with Fowler homes. I built with them in 2021 and till date maintenance issues are pending. All their existing trades and businesses don't work with… 14 105579 |
