The Builder will take out the Builder Warranty Insurance and supply a certificate of currency - naturally this will increase his quote by around $1,300.00. I think the confusion was he becuae he says it has to be shown on the building contract and he didn't explain it correctly to me. So it looks like it all good. I am going to start another thread regarding variations in quotes!!!
