If your company is giving you a 20 minute response time then I would be searching for another company. The company should be ringing you as soon as they receive an alarm then you decide whether to send a patrol or not. If you request a patrol to be sent then it should be there within 10 minutes 15 max if not then I would look somewhere else. Also mobile phone monitoring is all good and well (it's definitely a cost effective way) but what happens when your mobile phone is out of range, or you go on holidays?
