How's everything going? I'm in stage 6I and just waiting on council approval for a start date - how long does city of swan usually take for approvals? Was yours quick or long and drawn out? Think I know where stage 8 is and pretty sure your fairly close to where we are building! We're just off millhouse drive in the new section where they are building the shops . I'll have to see if I can find your place next time i'm out there - really interested to see how that facade looks with render on there! Done it once.. Lived in it a year.. Sold it.. Doing it again! Yep, there sure is a few of us building in Aveley at the moment which is good, a nice little community! Everything had been going very smooth with my build thank god! Had my PCI last week and theres was only a few minor items to be fixed up, so hopefully should have the keys next week Hmm to be honest, I can not fully remember, but I'm pretty sure it was only 2-3 weeks, might take a little bit longer with Christmas and all now. Stage 8 is pretty much right at the back of Aveley, Off Duvall Prkway. My street is Bellazario if you go for a wander. Here's the finished product!
