Wallara Waters looks to be a great place to live with a friendly community. We are looking forward to the adventure of building our first home. Wallara Waters/Wallan 368May 08, 2012 8:04 am Welcome ugbug! I just completed building my house and have been living in Wallan for just over 2 weeks. It's a beautiful place to wake up every morning. We are building over at Springridge instead. 3m easements with 5m setbacks on a 32m deep block just wasn't workable for us. I'm sure we'll be popping into the estate from time to time anyway, after all - you have the display homes and will have a shiny new shopping centre soon! Re: Wallara Waters/Wallan 380Jun 03, 2012 12:17 pm It's been a while - but now I can say that we are officially residents of Wallan. There's been quite a bit of activity over our side of town as well - more blocks now have houses built or being built on them than not in our stage (it's very busy over the past couple of months). Some people apparently have nothing better to do than comment on other people's sigs. |
