I don't know the exact price, but my friend (enviro consultant) says it is the cheapest form of insulation. Should only be a few hundred dollars. Getting the whole house 'wrapped' as they do in Victoria might be in the thousands though. I find it incredible that building have sarking in the ceiling as an upgrade. I guess this price will vary from builder and state.
